They talk about how technology is really embedded in all of the work that regulators do, so leveraging the expertise of the regulators and the vendors is important in order to be effective and efficient with solutions. They talk about challenges in how regulators and vendors approach the relationship and how they can move beyond that to have an honest conversation about what is achievable.
